Delivery Charges
Minimum delivery charge on all orders under £149 will be charged at £25. Remaining orders between £150 and £999 will be charged at 5% of order value. Orders over £1000 will be delivered free of charge. Discounts on delivery charges are negotiable at point of order.
Same day and next day delivery are available, please call for a quote (This service is provided by third party couriers, therefore School Furniture Supplies Ltd are not responsible for any damages)

We deliver to ground floor locations only. If a delivery to other locations within the building are required this must be requested at time of the order and any additional charges will be levied.

For delivery outside the UK mainland, please call us for a quote.

Please ensure that all goods are checked prior to signing, as a signature constitutes acceptance of the goods listed on the delivery note in good condition, If you sign for an undelivered item we cannot accept responsibility.


DAMAGES
Images must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse damage claims outside of the mandatory 5 Days.

Installation Service

Professional installation service available and carried out by factory trained technicians. We will deliver to any floor/multiple locations and remove all packaging materials when finished. Call for an extremely competitive quote.

Prices
We aim to ensure that all prices are correct, if there is an incorrect price you will be advised at point of order, all prices are exclusive of carriage and VAT

Summer Deliveries and Orders
Between the months of May - September due to huge demand - we advise you that you order all classroom furniture and storage well in advance. During the month of August we have available delivery slots. If you accept delivery during these months , please let our Sales Department know and we can allocate delivery dates to suit. Please ensure that mobile numbers are provided as delivery won’t be made unless this information is given. Delivery dates are given in good faith over the summer months, however we do experience delays in production due to huge demand in orders.

Warranty

All products are covered by a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty goods at our discretion. Goods that have been tampered with or subjected to inappropriate use are not covered. School Furniture Supplies Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense occurred whatsoever which arise out of the use of goods supplied by us.

Cancellations

All made to order furniture cannot be cancelled or returned once the manufacturing process has begun. We have the the right to refuse cancellation. In the event of exceptional circumstances, should a cancellation for made to order furniture occur, a 45% cancellation fee and 15%re-stocking fee will be applied.

Returns

Returned (MTO) goods will incur a 50% return Fee and 15% re-stocking fee.
Returned (DFT) goods will incur 25% return fend 10% re-stocking fee.
All goods must remain in the original unopened packaging, if an item is opened and not in its original packing then we have the right to refuse cancellation

A return and collection can only be arranged once the charges have been agreed in writing.

Damaged Goods

Must be reported immediately and the original packing must be kept

Changes and Corrections

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that all information and pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to make changes with prior notification to the buyer


Point of Delivery

In accordance with normal transport practices, all goods will be delivered to the Goods Inward Department or Reception on the ground floor, off-loading facilities must be provided by the customer. If further transfer or installation is required, particularly for large and heavy items, this must be requested at time of ordering and any additional charge will be levied. Please note that a signed consignment note constitutes delivery of goods in good condition. Please check that the number of boxes received corresponds to the delivery note before signing


Delivery Time

Times quoted are in good faith but shall be non-bonding.
To facilitate a prompt delivery all dispatches all be made directly from either the point of manufacture or distribution. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer or any reason whatsoever. The due performance of the contract is subject to cancellation or such variation as the seller may find necessary as the result of instructions or lack of instructions from the buyer or as a result of industrial dispute or of any cause whatsoever beyond the seller’s reasonable control. the seller reserves the right to make partial deliveries.


DFT = Fast track service delivery up to 10 workings days
MTO = made to order - UK manufactured and lead times vary from product to product, express service is available and must be made at time of order.
