Cancellation + Returns
All made to order furniture cannot be cancelled or returned once the manufacturing process has begun. We have the the right to refuse cancellation. In the event of exceptional circumstances, should a cancellation for made to order furniture occur, a 45% cancellation fee and 15%re-stocking fee will be applied.
Returned (MTO) goods will incur a 50% return Fee and 15% re-stocking fee.
Returned (DFT) goods will incur 25% return fend 10% re-stocking fee.
All goods must remain in the original unopened packaging, if an item is opened and not in its original packing then we have the right to refuse cancellation
A return and collection can only be arranged once the charges have been agreed in writing.
Must be reported immediately and the original packing must be kept
Point of Delivery
In accordance with normal transport practices, all goods will be delivered to the Goods Inward Department or Reception on the ground floor, off-loading facilities must be provided by the customer. If further transfer or installation is required, particularly for large and heavy items, this must be requested at time of ordering and any additional charge will be levied. Please note that a signed consignment note constitutes delivery of goods in good condition. Please check that the number of boxes received corresponds to the delivery note before signing
